FLEMISH STILL-LIFES
From March 18 till July 21, 2002 the Kunsthistorische Museum, in conjunction with the Kulturstiftung Ruhr in Essen, will present a major exhibition dedicated to the golden age of Flemish still-life painting between c. 1560 and 1670 at the Palais Harrach. Over 100 paintings of the highest quality and importance, on loan from international museums, will document the impressive variety and splendour of the genre "still life".
