In it's spring exhibition from March 2025, the Kunsthistorisches Museum will be showing masterpieces by Pieter Bruegel the Elder, Giuseppe Arcimboldo, Jacopo and Leandro Bassano, as well as many other sixteenth-century artists.

How has man sought to navigate and find his proper place in the world? And how was this given visual expression in art? The major exhibition addresses these questions and explores how people in the Renaissance related to nature and time.
