Two-seat Town-Carriage (Coupé) of Maximilian Karl, Prince von Thurn und Taxis
Der 1828 vom berühmten Wiener Wagenfabrikanten Simon Brandmayer für den Fürsten angefertigte Wagen ist ein zweisitziges Coupé mit Schwanenhals-Gestell und C-Federn aus englischer Produktion. Sein dunkelblauer Kasten ist innen weiß tapeziert. Da das Coupé zugleich als Stadt- und Galawagen verwendet wurde, konnte die weiße Bockdecke ursprünglich durch eine prunkvolle Gala-Bockdecke ersetzt werden. (MKR)
