Guided Tours and Studio Workshops

The diverse collections of the Kunsthistorisches Museum are ideal for bringing curriculum content to life. They offer valuable insights and complement the curriculum across all types and levels of schools – from primary to lower secondary and upper secondary education.

Request now

Guided tours can focus on individual collections or be themed – imagination knows no bounds.

Please book at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

After a short guided tour, pupils are invited into the KHM’s studio to reflect on and creatively engage with what they have seen. Tailored to the age and needs of each group, these workshops allow pupils to explore artistic processes, experiment with materials, and experience art through their own creations. What is seen becomes tangible; the museum experience expands into a holistic artistic encounter where all the senses are involved.

Our studio is very popular – we recommend booking as early as possible!
